Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order!

Because our shirts, hoodies, and tote bags are custom-made, we only accept exchanges or refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our error.

In cases where the cost of return shipping or resending the item is not feasible for our business, we may offer the option for the customer to keep the item and receive store credit or a discount for a future purchase, instead of a physical return or replacement.

How it works:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at bonesbrand206@outlook.com with a photo of the issue.
  2. If your item is eligible, we’ll give instructions for returning it.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item:
    • We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost, or
    • Issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
  4. You’ll get a confirmation email when your replacement ships or refund is processed.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Garments with makeup, stains, or signs of use cannot be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.

Please check our size chart before ordering—size issues or change of mind cannot be refunded or exchanged.
